A busy time!

Grade 4 engaged in Art
You may not have received an email notification last week to read the office news.  If not, be sure to read the post before this one.   Good stuff!  Here's an update:

Our Battle of the Books teams were amazing at the celebration/challenge held at Lincoln Academy last Friday.

Trimester 2 grades have closed.   Report cards go home Friday, March 31.  Grade 5-8 reports will be available online through your Powerschool parent portal on Friday.

MEA testing continues. You can help your child by ensuring they get plenty of rest, eat breakfast and arrive at school on time.

Friday, March 31, LIFETOUCH will be here for spring portraits. All families received flyers recently.  Read last Friday's post below for more information.

Also on Friday, Alden (grade 6) will represent our school at the State National Geographic Geography Bee.

Friday night:  FREE family fun & fitness night at the YMCA for NCS and JVS families.   Pizza, fruit, veggies and healthy snacks will be provided at 5:30 while they last. All children must be accompanied by an adult. You're invited!  Tennis, floor hockey, basketball, jump rope, roller skating, bounce house, gaga Ball, door prizes are available. (You may bring your own roller blades or some are available at the Y.)

Spring sports season is here!  Jr. high softball and baseball practices are starting up. Information about practices appears on the calendar on our website. Sports games/practices do occasionally change, so please check in regularly if your child is involved in one of our school teams.  Some jr high students are involved in track & field at GSB.

Nobleboro Nonsense! is Friday, April 7.  Dinner  5-6:30 pm. Prize drawings start at 6:30 pm. The NPTO hosts this popular community fundraising event.
