- Basketball season is under way--GO LIONS!
- Thanks to the generosity of a local donor, all NCS students have an opportunity to browse Sherman's Maine Coast Book Shop for a good winter read.
- Speaking of that, Bikes for Books begins today for grades 3-6. READ, READ, READ and you'll be eligible to include your name in the drawing for a new bicycle in April!
- Sewing Club returns by popular demand. This time there will be specific dates for selected grades. Watch for news about this through your classroom.
- Chess Club and Homework Club have been meeting weekly.
